Pros
I have worked for NYPPEX for five years and believed it to be a wonderful experience, both professionally and personally. It was a valuable learning experience, with tremendous room to grow. My co-workers were incredibly intelligent and willing to guide; it was certainly a joined effort for success. Management was always available to answer questions and was invested in employee success. I found the environment to be professional, but not "stuffy." We were rewarded for success and the hard work was certainly worth it. NYPPEX is ahead of the game in the private equity field and we certainly benefited personally and professionally from that.
