      Pros

      Some great management and leaders on the team, fantastic parks and forestry specialists, horticulturists, and farmers. Great way to get to know different neighborhoods and communities in NYC.

      there is a lot of status attached to the founder's name and org has less effect on marginalized communities than promised/advertised
