      Pros

      Great work life balance, collaborative, best place in Albany area if you're working in investments in terms of fund size and exposure to different managers. People are generally happy to be there and friendly.

      Cons

      Low pay for the industry. No merit based pay so people aren't incentivized to work harder than their lowest common denominator coworker. Once people are in it's hard to fire them so some nonperformers.
