Pros
-Occasional benefits of trips and the likes, sometimes get to do jobs that aren't your day to day job i.e airshows, shooting range, adventure training, flights if you're lucky. -medical and dental are provided, plus support services if you need them -A lot of the people you work with a hard working and genuinely good mates.
Cons
-Pay is atrocious, just a nudge above minimum wage for doing a job I would argue deserves more. -Higher ranks are full of the old school, 'back in my day' type -despite looking organised. is really just a good facade for a shambles in the background -underfunded bases and infrastructure in general.
