      The new building is clean and provides a nice environment to work at.

      Cons

      Completely negative atmosphere where you were picked upon for any deemed mistakes and no reward for good work. The middle management are afraid of speaking up and reviewing ways to improve the negative atmosphere for fear of retribution.
