My experience at Nabenet was disappointing overall. Leadership often failed to provide adequate training or support, yet there were unrealistic expectations to fully understand complex processes and meet performance targets within the first week.
The company struggles with high turnover, and the culture suffers as a result. Leadership shows little genuine care for employees’ development or well-being. Integrity is also a concern — employees are encouraged to reuse content from old reports to save time, rather than focus on quality or originality.
Overall, I would not recommend this organisation to professionals who value transparency, ethical practices, and supportive leadership.
