I like the team, but I think we are learning how to deal with multiple offices. This has led to some turn over of staff who join and realize they can't work with remote teams. Engineers is better for that, but sales and support can struggle with communicating between San Francisco and Toronto Office, however it's getting better.
The leadership team can be very intense when it comes to everyone thinking for themselves and solving problems. You have to be really good to work at Naborly, or you have to want to be really goo and have the ability to learn on the job.
If you can learn fast, and are a hard worker, and can keep up with smart people you will be really happy. If you need a lot of instruction or if you need to be micro managed you will fail at Naborly.
