      I unfortunately did not have a good experience here, I guess benefits of healthcare and 401k

      Cons

      overworked little in return poor management management over promising deadlines to clients at employees expense hard to get a pay raise

      Pros

      I found that on the whole, we were probably a bit better paid than others in our industry and area. Some divisions ran more like businesses than many architectural firms, so there was better control over budgets and cash flow which makes for a less stressful environment. The benefits were competitive and there was continuous improvement in the benefits offered. The company is a nice size, not a huge firm so people just get lost in the shuffle, but spread out over a few offices and large enough to provide stability and opportunities.

      Cons

      Disclaimer: I worked under a different leadership team, and I would like to think that some of these items have been addressed. The current leadership team is a group of people I respect and admire and I am confident that the environment has improved. The communication between departments seemed poor. The environment seemed much more one of competition between divisions, rather than one of collaboration. This could create some frustrating situations. There were limited opportunities for professional development and/or advancement.
