Only those who dont have any job and just want to pass their time.
Cons
No work culture, Only harassing people, Management dont value quality employee. Dont expect incentive or variable payout. HR force u to serve 3 months notice or pay 3 months salary if u resign whereas they can fire u only giving u 1 month notice. Please dont expect F&F for atleast 5 months. Very bad pay maker. Now they also know how to put fake reviews in glassdoor and for this as always their very small marketing team on mission to showcase positive image of the company.
