I met one of the worst managers in my life with whom it was impossible to cooperate. Very High Turnover (which make sense). Totally wrong approach towards team building. Bad Working culture. Company of cowboys, not very strong on human values.

Pros

The people at the bottom of the chain were great. The product isn't actually bad either, but it is a cheap imitation of better social trading models...

Cons

Management is all ego and no skill. Naga is a turnstile, nobody wants to stay (and people are fired left and right for no real reason.
