Pros
Interesting products, co-workers are friendly,possibility of travel domestic and international. There really are enough pros to get the twenty word minimum required for this field
Cons
Management has no concern for the employees. They state they pay a competitive wage , yet machinists at other firms make 10-20% more.( a machinist with 10 yrs in the company should make more than $18.00/hr) They think they can make up for this by giving the employees ice cream on Fridays. The managers also have a long history of bigotry (as per longtime employees) They think that fear of losing ones job is the way to motivate workers. They sell used/rebuilt products as "new" , they just re paint them.
