      Pros

      my co-workers were the best. we all got along and we all had great communication and understood eachother's workflow so well.

      Cons

      upper management were watching us like HAWKS. cameras in every common area. we were a smaller (newer) location so we competed against other locations with higher patient volume and higher employee count. Other locations would complain that even when they meet their goals/quota, they weren't guaranteed a bonus. what a joke. they only make you slave your way to meet it, not reward it.
