      1. Good salary with benefits 2. Room to move within your role 3. Once the employer of choice

      Cons

      1. Aggreesive downsizing 2. New unskilled senior management 3. Company has dropped the ball and lost good talent 4. Current management blame old staff for the regions economic situation and grandiose developments. Seriously! 5. Chairman prone to shout aggressively at senior management and fire on the spot! (then re-hire the next day when realises that person was the only one who could do the job... true story & didn't happen to me!)

      - Reasonable salary and benefits - Flexible hours - The chance to work on large projects in housing, retail, hospitality, entertainment etc. - The company organizes various sporting events as part of its participation in Dubai a fitness challenge.

      Cons

      A culture of intimidation and disrespect that led many talented engineers to leave. An absolute one man show that has contributed to project delays, mistakes, and failures. A bully that habitually attacks employees, design consultants, suppliers, and contractors
