Fun, no-nonsense work culture! Sad about the staff turnover, too many priorities maybe?

Pros
* Awesome mission: To reduce cross-border payment times and fees for Africa (mostly) - and still make a profit * An open and honest culture. Great people team. * Fun social activities to get people talking across departments. * Engineering: Only hire senior software engineers (use Claude to do the grunt-coding work).
Cons
* Quite a few managers left in 2025 and I don't know why. * Round of layoffs late in 2025.

This is definitely a amazing team full of diverse but very competent, and driven people. It's a very fast paced, just do it area, that really pushes you to take ownerhsip early on and learn a lot of things very quicly in your career. Great leadership team that is really coming together. Good pay
Cons
If you are looking for a 9-5 this is not the place. Benefits could be better
