I'm lucky to work with colleagues who are supportive and encouraging. The company grants us the entire responsibility and ownership of the task which we are performing. Here at Nalsoft we will deal with multiple clients simultaneously, which results in enhancing our knowledge across multiple domains and aspects.
There were occasions where managing multiple clients became challenging and hectic. I was able to overcome these challenges with the support of my colleagues and management. Over time, I've encountered various challenges which directed me to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
