Pros
Used to be great product, but due to cost cutting product is now a money grab vs. quality. Used to have great people, now run by ex-pats who care or know nothing about US business (or the people they make products for). Great location to local transportation, but really bad to ride on after it gets dark.
Cons
I am unsure how the positive ratings keep occurring, and the negative ones get deleted. But I know for a fact, the CEO has bribed or better yet "highly encouraged" his new ex-pat employees transferred from India or Dubai to write them but its not at all true. Dont be blinded by the story they sell in the interview room, walk around and see how sad people look. The culture is very dismal with the gloomy grey walls even compliment the dreary atmosphere. The company was founded to service the black woman hence the name Namaste, to honor the beauty within, yet the new regime just wants to honor the coins in their pockets. They have made so many critical changes to the product to make more money from it that the once great quality product is now not worth the money they charge. Its like they are trying to squeeze blood from turnip but the well is dry! Use whatever metaphor you want, but the company is just B A D with a very egotistical and narcissistic leader, Raul Chaudry. Dabur is a reputable company overseas and have great and smart people there, but here they have let the bottom barrel talent come in and run it as if they don't care. Its like letting the little spoiled kids burn it down so they can file a business loss and retain some of their monies they bought the company for. The company was purchased for over 100M about 12 years ago, but now look to see that they are only valued at way less than half of that now (about $40M), so you tell me what that means. Sad to see such a company go to waste.
