Cons

Working at Namekart has been one of the most stressful experiences of my career. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and expected to handle workloads equivalent to two people with little to no support. Despite repeated requests to reduce workload, management ignores concerns. There is no respect for work-life balance — employees are expected to attend meetings at midnight or even 2 am during the CEO’s foreign trips. Weekends are often treated like working days, without any compensation. Variable pay and salaries are frequently cut, and employees are blamed for errors even when following management’s instructions. The culture is extremely toxic, with little acknowledgment of employees’ efforts. Interns and full-time employees alike complain about being treated unfairly. Instead of fostering growth, the environment creates mental stress and burnout. This is not just my experience — even previous employees left due to the same issues. The company expects 200% from employees but provides no fairness, support, or recognition in return.
