Restricted usage of work laptop to certain software only, you have zero freedom in trying out some new software which is not company approved. Very low knowledge level on all layers, PMs through consultants down to engineers. Chaotic project organization
Extra salary (half with the June's salary, other half with the December's one).

Very low salary, not getting promoted based on experience and performance/progress but on higher management's butt-licking abilities and "soft-skills".
