      Cliques and nepotism

      Pros

      The only pro was the original team of amazing people that all seem to have either left on their own or were pushed out. There was a good sense of camaraderie back then.

      Cons

      As the headline mentions it's all cliques and nepotism. As long as you're part of THE group, there's nothing you can do wrong. You'll be hired even if you don't have experience for the job. There is no culture / diversity to speak of, no additional benefits that are typically associated with a start up.

      Pros

      Smart products with exciting potentials

      Cons

      For a company of its size, there's a lack of clear direction and agreement on what needs to be done. Priorities constantly shift, and decision-making often becomes entangled in politics. Furthermore, a significant portion of the workforce hails from the same company, and if you're not part of that inner circle, you may find yourself neglected or ignored. It's unfortunate that this situation is hindering the potential for creating something greater and better.

      Going under, poor management.

      No pros, most of the talent is gone now. The company has no solid plan to keep things sustainable.

      Cons

      The company praises friendships over hard work and talent. There are many unqualified employees in positions they don't deserve.
