      Pros

      Start Up company, who have a really supportive team in Germany and other offices.

      Cons

      Management in the UK are aggresive, not supportive, and lack leadership qualities.

      Good and exciting company to work for.

      Pros

      Product is great and consistently producing good results. Management are flexible and treat you like adults. Good team, strong communication within the team and from management down. Everyone pulling in the same direction and hungry for success.

      Cons

      Some start up niggles but not anything that is unduly negative. Needs a bigger marketing push/marketing person to shout about us more as a company. Need to look at more methods to push company brand out there.

      Strong support from anybody whenever needed, including senior management Blossoming company where many projects happen at once

      Cons

      A smaller company means everything isn't quite streamlined just yet. You've got to be a self-starter Which is very fine for me, but it might not suit everybody
