      House of cards, must be able to yell louder than anyone in the room to receive recognition. Hard work not required, just good excuses.

      They provide decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The owner purposefully pushes for internal competition and there is no real structure. Very disorganized. The company claims to want to grow and manufacture products that they are getting many millions for R&D from the government, but the focus is to get more R&D funds rather than actually develop a product.
