very good guidance from colleagues and very friendly.

Cons

it is really bad company for both freshers and experience. there is not much learning here. they don't use any of the cutting edge technologies. keep on doing the same things again and again. Managers are very worst, they have zero technical knowledge and they treat employees like a slaves.Cheap politics at the time of hike.

Worked here for more than a year. Very friendly and supportive colleagues and management. Approachable leadership with excellent mentorship to guide you at all instances. Simple and up to date processes across all departments. You get to learn a lot like any startups.

Cons

Nothing to say, sometimes the usual startup challenges.

I regret joining Nanobi. No appreciation. Manager takes the credit for all your hardwork. He thinks he is god and you are the pandit. treats you like potti. sorry cant type anythin bad ib english. Salary hahaha you will start wondering whats that??? settlement after you quit. just forget it. once you quit you are dead for them.
