I’ve had a good experience working at Nanoheal. The team is supportive and easy to work with, and you get to learn a lot if you’re willing to take initiative. There’s decent exposure to real-world problems, and you’re not just stuck doing repetitive work. People are approachable, including management, which makes it easier to share ideas or ask for help.
