Pros

Working at Nanoleq marks the first time I’ve truly looked forward to my job every morning. We’re tackling important issues helping people deal with the consequences of the ever increasing pressure and stress in our lives. Not only do I get to touch on so many interesting topics from design, and electronics to smart textiles and data science, but I also get to do it interact with such amazing talents in their respective fields. I am not going to lie: we work hard. But I get six weeks of vacation on top of a real purpose. We’ve navigated through some tough times, but our management’s commitment to resilience and continuous improvement has been impressive. And I can say I am excited for what the future holds. For those who want to be part of a meaningful journey and are up for a challenge, Nanoleq is the right place.

We are committed to revolutionizing healthcare, embarking on this ambitious journey one step at a time. Regarding flexible work, we've made significant progress since the start by implementing two days of remote work. However, recognizing that innovation often stems from informal discussions, it is a conscious decision to maintain a hybrid work policy.

The company actively encourages creative thinking and collaboration, fostering a no-nonsense culture that thrives on good ideas, forward-thinking solutions and fast execution. Managers are approachable and invested in the success and professional growth of employees, which contributes to a positive and constructive work environment. Leadership values work-life balance and healthy habits.

Cons

As any fast-moving startup, there are occasional communication challenges. In recent months, the company has come a long way in ensuring clarity in expectations to enhance efficiency and reduce misunderstandings. Rapid growth, while exciting, always presents some challenges. There were moments of organizational adjustments that impact workflows and processes. Most of the time managers address these pains proactively.
