Ok for freshers but be aware of your PF account

It's ok company for freshers to start with.

Cons

Experienced people can find a better company for sure. Don't fall pray to their onsite opportunities perks. They try to earn more by sending you onsite. You actually don't get much out of it. Salary for experienced people isn't upto the mark. The training institute they opened recently also seems to be a typical marwari business idea of them and nothing more than that. So people who are willing to take training by paying exorbitant fees, be aware. You can self learn what they teach there. There are frequent layoffs when they are not able to find the projects. So be aware of this before joining. Lot of personal recommended employees by their relatives and friends who aren't actually talented stay here for long. Favouritism at its peak.

People who have been to onsite, are still grateful for it & have earned pretty well in terms of money, reputation & career growth. Very nice friendly atmosphere, not great projects but if you are a salesforce developer you will have great fun. Onsite opportunities US, Dubai, Australia. Salary on time.

Cons

Less salary Have to request for reimbursement

Fresher then Join

I started to work here as a fresher. I was BE CS 2021 passout. Training is the worst because they only take 1 hr dail and in that one hour half hour goes in tp. So in short u have to do all the stuff. And there is no guarantee that u will get project. In start of probation period they will provide 5k/M but when it comes to 20k/M there is lot more hectic. My suggestion is if u have no choice then go for it if u get better opportunity just leave it.
