      Money does not seem to be a problem. Doctor Soon‐Shiong seems to be willing to inject money as needed.

      Cons

      Very political atmosphere. It seems that almost no one is willing to help anyone else, as everyone is too busy watching their own back. Management really likes to be trendy and uses new tools well before they are stable. This wastes lot of engineering effort.
