"Conspiracy" environment where you never know what is next... No relation to Digital Analytics as a science. No association with Analytics professional community or DAA. Generally, company consists of people who are proficient in using certain tools but have no Analytics knowledge or formal Analytics education. Instead of promoting and providing Digital Analytics Services, the company is focused on selling and installing Google Tools related to Analytics and providing reporting services. This is misleading to the Company's clients who think they pay for Analytics services. Disrespectful environment towards Analytics community and the Company’s clients. Management has no value for employees, no one gets appreciated all they want is work for 10 clients and expect to deliver everything on time, the team never backs up the employess no matter what the situation is, no reviews no feedbacks all they want is work your a** off. I would suggest anyone not to join this organization. Learning scope is zero you don't get to learn anything. They say they are into analytics and not even one project is into analytics. They promise you something during the interview process and it is totally different once you join
