Absolute worst company

Pros

Hard to find any to be honest, that's how terrible it is.

Cons

Owner; For some odd reason she thinks she is better then everyone, literally belittles people behind their backs any chance she gets. All the 5 star reviews were done out of fear for their jobs because they have one of the highest turnaround rates in all of Florida. BUT if its any consolation she is too afraid to do anything herself because she is a closet bully. Look for a job somewhere else because after a month or less she will find a reason to let you go anyways. If this review helps one person then you have saved yourself from a horrible experience. I'm sure after they see this they will try and find out who wrote it and terminate me as well then tell someone else to put up a great review.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sad to hear of your experience and impressions of myself and the Company. Please allow me to address your concerns. The Company turnover rate is in comparison with retail industry standards, in addition to that we are in a seasonal environment requiring flexing up and down of staffing. We do have positive reviews from employees as I believe the Internet is a place not just for negative but for positive information as well. Both are beneficial in obtaining feedback to help a Company develop. I can assure you that I have the utmost respect for the staff. If perhaps there has been something taken out of context or misunderstood, for that I apologize for your experience. I do tend to work very quickly and multi-task, occasionally that is mistaken for being abrubt. This is not meant to be rude, just trying to accomplish many things in the course of a day. I thank you for the personal and professional feedback. It helps make NSC a better Company and myself a better leader.

Pros

You can quit and enjoy what life has to offer

Cons

Literally everything. One day the owner will send everyone chocolate strawberries, and the next day she will replace the entire staff. You will have to always look over your shoulder to see whose coming to replace you.

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback on your experience with NSC. Please allow me to comment on a couple of your concerns. Our Management does encourage feedback both positive and negative. All feedback helps create a better Company and working environment for everyone. The Internet should be an open place for positive as well as negative comments. I encourage and embrace both. Regarding replacements- I can assure you that I have never replaced an entire staff anywhere. We have an extensive HR process prior to any employee termination. Hopefully this clears up some of your expressed concerns. I kindly thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, it helps make NSC a better Company.

Good discounts on products 30% off and the products are ok

The owner and the emotional roller not a real business they will run you off and upper management

Thank you so kindly for posting your feedback. You are correct, Management does encourage reviews to be posted. We appreciate both positive and negative alike. All feedback is carefully considered and taken into account how we can make the best work experience possible. Regarding the feedback on myself, I can assure you that there is no favoritism shown in the Company. I take the well-being and care of the staff very seriously. It is of utmost importance that people are treated with dignity and respect. And yes, I am known to speak up if I see that is not happening. I consider Management a representation of myself and the Company representing high standards of conduct and professionalism. Hopefully this will shed some light for you on my passion for this Company and the people who work here. I’m sorry your experience was a negative one, I do appreciate the opportunity for improvement.
