      The managers are a bunch of bullies and micro managers makes ur life hell. Huge attrition rate for this role says a lot about this.

      Worst management Favouritism on each level Weird grooming culture Instead of fixing the system, let’s launch an unnecessary and unasked product Under experienced people getting promoted through boot licking Non existent HR No privacy or anonymity Micromanagement is appreciated People will step onto you for their promotion No higher up is actually there to guide you, they hired you for their promotion Traditional mindset No career roadmap If you stay here for more than 2 years, you are going to get exploited with less pay Pay is way below market compared to the work
