- Leaves are almost always approved - Meeting budget (Around P300-P500 every meeting) - Good people - Yearly all expense paid outing (Boracay, Palawan, Bohol, etc)

Pros

Everyone is nice and accommodating. The salary is okay. benefits are okay.

Cons

-they will require you to render 2 months if you file resignation. -If you are a good artist you get recognition but also more work and seems tighter deadlines in my exp. Which is exhausting sometimes. -The projects are not AAA -Good for beginners
