Great teammates and nice people.

Cons

The salary is very low compared to the competition. There are frequent communication breakdowns with other teams, resulting in slow workflows or poor-quality work. Opportunities for growth or promotion are non-existent; advancement depends on whether your boss likes you, otherwise no matter how well you perform, you won't be considered. You need to be careful with the contract clauses; I know of a colleague who was sued for accepting a better-paying job, even though she had been exploited and paid a pittance here.
