      One of the best companies I have had the pleasure to be a part of. Great leadership as well as a great company culture. It's great to be part of a company where goals are well defined and everyone pulls their weight!

      Pros

      The team: The folks at NarrativeDx are all A-players from diverse backgrounds. The management encourages team members to take ownership and accountability of initiatives, which makes it easy to take pride in your work. The Product: NarrativeDx is innovating in a way unlike anyone else in the space. The marriage of NLP technology and Healthcare focus is unlike anything else out there. It's a complex, challenging problem with tangible results. Improving patient experience is a meaningful problem worth solving.

      Cons

      The bar for success in the Mortal Kombat tournaments is too high.

      Pros

      Great start-up to be at. Small and agile, wile still being very well organized. Plenty of advanced and challenging technical problems to be solved. Great culture that promotes "one big team" mentality and stays focused on the big picture.

      Cons

      Not really a con, depending on personal perspective, but it is a true start-up which mean it moves very quickly and all employees must also be able to move very quickly.
