Good enough for freshers except if you're moderately unlucky.
Pros
- Offers a decent starting salary if you can negotiate a bit. - Moderately flexible work hours. - Super friendly co-workers and work environment. - Proper technical training and good carrier growth for the first 1-1.5 years as a fresher (unless you are really unlucky). - Casual leaves can be carried forward to the next year up to 80 hours. - Leaves are awarded if you are forced to work on a holiday. - Partial home office is available upon discussion and proper reasoning.
Cons
- Salary Review is low compared to other stable companies. - Evaluation you get is sometimes unfair. - Lunch NOT subsidized. - Solo Projects are a bad experience. - Equipment Requisition for better productivity is a hassle. - If you leave before a year, you will not get your release letter or experience certificates. They might even stop you from getting hired elsewhere if they have the contacts. - 16 days of leave (80 hours of CL + 48 hours of medical leave) which is relatively low. Although you can take more than that upon discussion, but you will have to pay for extra holidays when you leave.
