Pros

Fully remote work environment, which provides great flexibility. The people are amazing—very collaborative, supportive, and pleasant to work with. Overall, most departments have a positive culture and strong teamwork.

Cons

A high level of micromanagement and very rigid processes. Product launches move slowly; it can take around two months just to release a beta version. Lack of proper documentation across many areas, which makes it difficult to access reliable product information. Frequent misalignment around product details and strategy. In some cases, major product changes are made by leadership without prior discussion, and the product manager is informed only weeks later. Product KPIs and quarterly goals are defined solely by the CPO, with little to no opportunity for PMs to provide input or challenge them. Often, PMs see these goals for the first time at the same time as the rest of the company. The PM role is stretched across multiple responsibilities (product management, product ownership, marketing, and sometimes scrum master duties). The UX/UI team is extremely overloaded, which can lead to long delays. In some cases, PMs may go months without UX support while still being expected to deliver outcomes.
