      Small town community hospital. Friendly environment. Competitive wages for their area compared to a near by facility.

      Cons

      Administrators seem to only care about the profit margins rather than listening to their employees.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful and can make the work day fun even during the busiest of times.

      Cons

      The hospital lacks incentives for their employees to continue their hard work. There is a hostile work environment between upper management and employees and any appreciate and respect for the work done comes solely from your coworkers and never from management.

      Nason was a great community hospital prior to being commercialized by LifePoint

      Cons

      LifePoint is one of the few "for profit" hospitals in the country. It's hard to be compassionate when you have investors to please,. There is no place for this in healthcare.
