Pros

The people in the trenches that I worked directly with were wonderful.

Cons

Ownership out of Hong Kong originally was difficult but once acquired by Pulmuone, the environment became toxic and the product quality and care for the consumer took a major downturn. The company is also a horrible member of the community. There has been many complaints to the town regarding the odor coming from the facility and under old management, they were trying to do what they could to fix the issue. Under new management, they seem to have zero concern about the community they operate in.

Pros

Learned during my tenure (I mean who doesn’t at any job)

Cons

Racist management. If you’re not Korean, they will think less of you and wont consider any of your direction, opinions, etc. Nowhere to move up (unless you’re Korean). All the Koreans would always have comped lunches together or something like that, leaving everyone else out, which was disheartening, but got used to it. There are absolutely no benefits, even the coffee machine would sometimes be broken. Management style was horrible. The place is a smelly dump. Ammonia alarms, fire alarms constantly going off. The smell is not only atrocious, but is also toxic to breathe in (they don’t care about employee safety). Pay is extremely low, they are cheap with everything. I could go on and on.
