Pros

Really no pros I can think of. If all you care about is getting a paycheck then I suppose this is the place for you. If you are passionate about your work and have any sort of pride, stop turnaround and run away. This place will give you anxiety unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before.

Cons

The Young owners are difficult to work for. They have no respect for anyone. They treat their employees like servants who should be grateful to be working for them. They micro manage EVERYTHING. They let their egos get the better of them. Upper management is a joke. They have no power to make decisions about anything. Everything needs to be approved by the owners. You’re not even allowed to have an idea of how to run things. Owners make all the decisions. They overwork the good employees and reward them by giving them more work and stress. You will not see their appreciation in your end of year bonus check, no matter how hard you work or how many hours you put in. They deal with under performing employees by taking work away from them and letting them keep their jobs! Very bizarre way of running things. Everyone gets the same 2 weeks vacation time no matter how long you have been working there. And they really don’t like it when you take vacation. Except the owners. They get much more vacation time. Company is always open except for the mandatory 6 holidays. Be prepared to drive in blizzards and hurricanes. Health benefits are the worst. $40 to $50 copay at the doctor and you pay an arm and a leg for that out of each paycheck.

Pros

You get all the leftover candy and food products - you're lucky if they haven't expired before they give them to you!

Cons

No appreciation for hard work, innovation or a good idea. It's all about the bottom line and how much money The owners can add to their mounting bank accounts. The culture is to point fingers and deflect blame instead of just fixing the situation and making the customer happy. It's not about the customer at all.....it's all about how the owners can become wealthier. Oh and don't expect to be paid on pay-day. If you opt for direct deposit - they wait until the last possible minute to transfer the funds and if you take a live check - you'll be lucky they're given out in time to get to the bank the same day - forget holiday delays! Oh and holidays, yeah - the owners won't be there but the employees will and they certainly won't tell you to leave early to enjoy the holiday. 5pm is when you can leave. The amount of qualified, competent people employed there is very small, everyone else is just lucky they got a job years ago and have been pushed through the company - kinda like 'no child left behind' whether you're prepared or qualified, you just keep going! It's really a shame, they could BE so much if they could just get out of their own way.
