      Not worth your time and effort

      - Friendly coworkers - Made me appreciate my subsequent jobs as nothing would be as bad as it was at Natexo

      Long hours, crazy workload, underpaid. I started as a part-time intern at Natexo and was being exploited by management. Was promised a pay rise when I started as a full-time intern (doing what was considered a full time job, even staying back at the office until 9-10pm at one point) but this never happened. Targets were impossible to reach, and I was even tasked to 'train' a staff who just started in NY, which was ridiculous to say the least. As it was my first 'job' experience, I did not question my managers and did the work without complaint. However, I knew something was wrong when one of the staff quit before the end of probation and the country manager left before their notice period ended. At the end of the internship contract, I was offered to take the position of my manager at the time as this manager was also going to resign and I left as soon as my contract ended. Absolutely baffled how this company operates.

      Thank you for taking time to share your experience from your point of view. You are explaining that the work is underpaid, as trainee in Natexo , you received a salary of 600euros gross/month, with is not the case in all internship, and about the pay rise, I imagine Human Ressources explained you that after two period of intership, and if you want to stay, you can have a plus, which you didn't accept leaving after the first period of trainee. Also, we don't understand why you say that the perspective are negative and then you explain that Management offer you the position of your manager? We hope that time will help you to put into perspective your experience and to review your comment.

      Horrific Experience!

      Office conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan.

      The working atmosphere is horrible. The CEO puts their employees, who are very skilled, under extreme pressure, with goals that are not achievable, only to yell at them over Skype and make them feel extremely disrespected. It didn't only happen to me, it happens to everyone at the Natexo US office. I myself stayed for two months, other people left within 2 weeks. There is a constant turnover due to a lack of real leadership and autocratic management. The company claims that their business is email, but in the US, they don't even deliver to major ISPs/domains. On top of that, they use shady measures to collect their data, where the email record is already collected on the click. If you know a little about email, you know that this is in no way CAN SPAM compliant. I'd like to warn everyone who is considering taking on a position at Natexo to stay away.

      Thank your for your comment. We can imagine that your experience hasn't been the expected one but we think that 2 months in a company is not enough to have an overview about all the company. We understand the management conduct by result wasn't made for you and we regret it. We hope that you find an other company which fits better to your expectations.
