      They have good food and location is ideal

      Cons

      Restaurant Management was terrible. Long time employees run the place and treat new people like crap.

      Small friendly office, nice owners, deadlines aren't so strict that it's difficult to get the work done

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, no raises, no bonus opportunities. Can't work from home. The cost for medical benefits was very high. No 401k match.
