Pros
I'm a hard worker. I took everyday as a challenge to over come as I had little to no experience in Title Insurance. I was eager to learn and was taught a lot! For a smaller company it was very busy and work load was in excess never once was I concerned for my job. The employees work hard and play hard. I came to understand that it takes steele to run a company let alone in the real estate world.
Cons
The fact that I cared a lot for my work/position and had to leave for Life was taking me in another direction. To anyone that did leave they left and made it hard on themselves. I left on a good note and wouldn't hesitate to go back if they'd have me, and of course if life brought me back in that direction.
