Terrible, Antiquated Company. Very poor experience.
Pros
Decent pay. Nice office space.
Cons
The classic outdated good ol boys club with racist and sexist superiors. On several occasions my superiors would mock respondents and doctors. Completely unprofessional, but a certain group leader had doctoral degrees so this behavior was overlooked. No guidance from supervisors, outdated research strategies. Mid-level supervisors are frustrated with their bosses, but afraid to say anything. No upward mobility. The CEO is incredibly out-of-touch to not realize the extent of these issues. She appears to be an intelligent, considerate CEO, but must not be aware of the issues that entry to mid-level employees complain about. Everyone I spoke with absolutely hates it at NAXION and only stays for the benefits until they can find a better job.
