There's a reason for turnover

Pros

Okay benefits package Average salary for the industry Great mission

Cons

Major concerns fall on deaf ears 99% of the time. This company has nearly a 30% turnover rate and there is little to no effort to retain employees. The level of micromanagement that happens here is by far the worst I have ever seen. The company offers tremendous time-off benefits but employees are ridiculed when they attempt to use their time off. The company would rather let good employees leave and hire from outside than promote them to open positions within the company.

Lack of Accountability in Leadership

Pros

-WFH policy & good WFH infrastructure and support -Good benefits -Flexible hours -Staff is capable & hardworking

Cons

The organization is very top-heavy. A severely top-down reporting structure and lack of an open-door policy creates an environment where VPs who struggle in their position can escape scrutiny, as they can effectively block requests for accountability from their staff who might wish to raise issues with higher-ups. There is a general feeling that upper management will protect their peers rather than investigate problems, resulting in frustration, low morale, fear of retaliation, and high turnover among the rest of the staff.

Not a good place to work

Pros

There are no pros for this organization

Cons

Random layoffs without warning or without reason, but they will post a job or hire someone for a different role or the same role a month later. No room for growth, management could be better. Very stagnant work environment, people are cramped in cubicles because they keep hiring people knowing they can't fit anyone else there. If you talk, co workers act like they are in a library and will complain. Very low salary for the amount of work that you would have to do. Very poor office environment/work culture.
