Pros

No pros, except collaborative environment set by EMPLOYEES only and not management

Cons

Literally too many to mention - extremely low salary, but will expect you to do all work does NOT care about employees they will only see you when you commit a mistake or there's an angry client or patient (usually because of their unorganized system and incompetent business) They will keep looking for new hires because they prefer to go through hiring and training process with the performance gaps, than to keep the good ones and pay them what they are worth

Pros

Patient's can be friendly occasionally

Cons

Compensation is very low for the amount of work and additional tasks they will ask of you. Staff has encountered delayed pay days. If you are traveling for the company don't expect to be paid unless you're an hourly employee. A lot of false promises are made when starting the job.
