Great people from the Heads of level down Great team work within and across teams Good social life there

Exec team feathered their own nests Incredible level of nepotism Tremendously wasteful decision making which hit the bottom line big time

Pros

A handful of people in the business that do there best and give blood to be badly treated by leadership.

Cons

With current news of administration it’s no surprise regarding some of the reviews on here about the leadership. The business is so poorly ran with the worse leadership teams I’ve ever worked with. A bunch of school kids could do a better job.
