Pros

* The initial training period was actually very good and the trainers were supportive and helpful throughout. * The trainers were much better to deal with than management and made the onboarding experience positive. * The pay is decent enough for the type of work involved. * Working from home

Cons

* Management is extremely poor and completely lacking in compassion or understanding. * Once training is over, support massively drops off. You’re basically thrown onto calls and expected to just know everything. If you ask questions about certain queries, you can end up feeling scrutinised for it rather than supported. * They do not care about your mental health, physical health or personal circumstances. You are just a number to them. * I was dismissed after being off for only a month following a very close family bereavement and personal health struggles, which says everything about how they treat staff. * During probation or return to work meetings, they repeatedly ask the same questions in different ways and make you feel interrogated for taking time off. They make you feel alienated for grieving or looking after family, as if you shouldn’t have a life outside of work. * They also heavily criticise staff for requesting emergency annual leave. I requested one hour of annual leave with short notice and it was used against me as “not understanding business pressures” and staffing needs.
