      The staff is incredibly smart and passionate; the work is very rewarding and has a wide impact with various partners across the country. Leadership encourages good work-life balance. The organization pushes hard for equity and inclusion in all projects and partnerships.

      Cons

      If you are a workaholic, it will be easy for you to work too much here because there is always more work to be done; work-life balance is something that falls to the individual since this organization is fully remote.
