    Pay is great, awesome people to work with, have to problem solve and think quick which makes it challenging in a good way, management is helpful and actually care about their employees

    Cooperative work environment. 18 PTO days per year. education Programs on line through Percipeo

    Cons

    They were bought out by Allstate insurance and they cut staff. Barry Karfunkel was great and involved but he sold the company

    Going to Allstate. Very metric driven that says want right behaviors but not taken into consideration at year end PE.

    Decent salary. Fairly flexible with time, depending on your boss.

    Cons

    House counsel is terrible. Lack of consistency. Some people simply don't do what they should that you receive files from and there are no consequences. Poor communication. Not a lot of autonomy.

    Steady employment no meaningful layoffs while I've been with them.

    There is always too much to do.
