Pros

Excellent challenge if you want things to always be changing! No two days are ever th same

Cons

Depends on the store owner but each person is certainly treated differently. You will work longer than your 8 hours a day and work through many of your lunches. In the store I work I was told I may get two days off together but only once a month. Again each store owner is different

Pros

A small, agile organization that has been able to rapidly increase its presence on Capitol Hill and expand internally. Leadership often gives freedom to explore new ideas and does not fall into old ruts of doing the same old thing.

Cons

Budgetary constraints can lead to a lack of resources at times. Leadership can have a difficult time communicating down to lower-level employees and organizational changes are not always handled in the most effective manner.
