      Pros

      As far as my project is concerned, It has nice working Culture. Project managers are nice and humble, they do not create unneccesary pressure unlike some other projects in NIC. You can explore yourself and initiate the ideas. You will be listened. One of best places to start with, learning wise. Reasonable, Not bad, salary. Great exposure to technologies

      Cons

      After maximum of three years learning curve is straight. Repetitive Tasks No process or coding standard (depends on you). Less growth or exposure after 2 or 3 years.
