paralegals are given opportunity to go to court, self development. paralegals given a solicitors role therefore opportunity to self develop

Cons

poor management hugely underpaid disrespectful staff with lots of bullying and excessive micro management paralegals working huge amounts of overtime-impossible to meet targets without completing overtime lots of belittling and bullying. very rude supervisors including swearing in the office and over phones

- company promote involvement , - the teams are very intimate and work closely with your supervisor - lots of hands on work to be covered and to do different things

Cons

- doesnt encourage to bring your personal matters to work as they are likely to judge you for that or at worst fire you before they even know the result of the issue
